Completed this Chocolate fudge cake topped with strawberries and almonds. Done for almost one whole noon plus preparing the frosting the cake base and cutting the decorating items, not to sure am i hardworking or insane. This cake was made with hard work and joy, this cake well was before it was put in the fridge. After, it was taken out, it looked more tidy and well, pretty =x.
Recipe for chocolate cream frosting
6oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 and a half cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the chocolate with the cream in a double boiler over barely simmering water. Add the vanilla.
Transfer to a medium bowl, and then put in the refridgerator until thick and spreadable, about 3-5 hours (judging on the temperature of your fridge).
